Ho Chi Minh City: We offer Express Delivery or Collect in Store with orders place in Ho Chi Minh City. Orders are ready within 2 hours once you place your purchase.
Others Cities in Vietnam: Once you place your order, we will ship it within 24 hours. You will receive your order within 2-3 business days depends on your cities. If you need an express delivery, please contact us for the exact shipping fee.
International:
It takes 10-14 business days to deliver your order. Once you place an order, we will ship it within 24 hours. We will let you know by email when your order is dispatched and give your a tracking number to track your order.

What happen if my orders is lost or damaged?
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact us or call us via +84 932704466, so that we may assist you. Our customer service is available everyday included weekend (Monday - Sunday) 9am – 8pm.
Pre-order
How I can Pre-order a product?
On occasion, we offer pre-order items. This allows customers to secure an online purchase while stock is on its way.
A pre-order item include new styles just released with limited stocks or an embroidery mask or a made to order products.
Please read the product description carefully to ensure you’re happy to wait for the expected arrival date (with embroidery items). BLANC&NOIR will ship pre-order items as a priority once stock has arrived to our warehouse.
You will be charged at time of placing a pre-order. Pre-orders cannot be exchanged before delivery with New Item and can not be return with Embroidery Mask due to hygiene reason during Covid-19 time.
